Vegetable sticks with tahini sauce

A tasty and healthy appetizer or appetizer on a hot summer day for a strong liver and a good digestion. Tahin is ground pasta from sesame seeds and for sale in health food stores. In case of a strongly weakened digestive energy, replace the raw vegetables with vegetables blanched in boiling water for 1 minute.

| Ingredients for 2 people:

  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 piece of cucumber of 6-7 cm
  • 2 chicory leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of tahini 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1-parsley 4-5 tablespoons of water
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Gomasio (food store) or salt and pepper.

Wash the vegetables and cut them into bars of 6-7 cm. Peel the leaves of chicory and use them as a ‘boat’ to dip. Put the tahini with the juice, parsley and water in a bowl. Squeeze the garlic cloves above. Puree the whole with the hand blender into a smooth sauce. Season the sauce with pepper and gomasio or salt. Serve the sauce in a small bowl and dip the vegetables in it.
