Raspberry smoothie gives boosts to liver

Give your liver a boost with this raspberry smoothie. Raspberries are rich in ellagic acid. This substance supports your liver in capturing free radicals and helps reduce inflammation and the growth of various harmful microorganisms.

| Ingredients for 1 person:

  • 125 grams of raspberries
  • 1 deciliter of unfiltered red grape juice
  • 4 leaves of mint
  • 1 teaspoon green vegetable extract powder (Green Food Blend from Viridian)
  • 1 teaspoon cold-pressed omega-3-6-9 oil mix (Perfect Balance oil)
  • Possibly 2 tablespoons of whey powder (AOV) or soy protein powder

Wash the raspberries carefully and let them drain in a sieve. Put the raspberries and all other ingredients in a bowl and puree the whole into a smooth smoothie. Pour the smoothie into a tall cup and drink immediately.
