how to make healthy Millet dish with tomato and artichoke

| Ingredients for 2 people:

  • 100 grams of millet
  • 1/4 liter of tomato juice without salt
  • a pinch of sea salt
  • 5 artichoke bottoms in oil
  • 1 tablespoon pine nuts
  • 1/4 teaspoon mixed Italian dried herbs
  • freshly ground black pepper

Wash the millet and let it drain into a sieve. Put the millet with the tomato juice and salt in a pan and bring to the boil. Cook it on a soft burner with a lid on the pan in 15 minutes. Let the artichokes drain in a sieve. Collect the oil. Cut each artichoke into smaller pieces. Roast the pine nuts lightly in a dry frying pan. At the end of the cooking time, add the artichokes, oil, seeds, herbs and pepper and mix well. Warm up the whole moment.
